Well this wasn't the spending review statement that I was expecting.Given how much The Government has borrowed in recent years and how it is set to break that record this year, it would seem that further borrowing is, in reality, going to be the answer to all of the additional schemes and increases in spending highlighted. Is Osborne trying to appease the voters?

I'm afraid Osborne has run out of other peoples ideas. As James Callaghan (Labour PM) said in 1976 'We used to think you could spend your way out of recession and increase employment by boosting government spending... I tell you that option no longer exists'. But still Osborne is trying with his unnecessary HS2 (the most expensive line in world: £42.6bn and budget 10 times that of others) and his other vanity deals he is driving the UK to the very brink.

Not much to say about the spring Budget Sounds like another massive con.... MORE POOR TAXES and CUTS - as usual, the country is reliant upon heavily punishing the overweight, smokers, drinkers and the disabled who traditionally DIE YOUNGER, thus costing £100s of 100s less each in pension payouts overall (although the way the state pension age keeps being raised only a few will actually get a state pension soon)... NO REAL STRUCTURAL CHANGE - same old same old... How about MERGE DWP & HMRC, close all job centers and 'work' programs, automate living credit (and even a Home & Learning Credit + Pot system for all newborns and school leavers to liberalize and BOOST the heavily BADLY controlled and underfunded housing and education sectors - from driving lessons to degrees) - but no, MORE DEBT SLAVERY Key points of Budget : At-a-glance - Page 4 794030042 Key points of Budget : At-a-glance - Page 4 2581928987

Cameron and Osborn have failed. We now owe £2 TRILLION and climbing. Over HALF the UK workforce is benefit dependent. Multi millions can only get part time work. The ENDLESS pool of migrant labour has decimated salary, made housing UN-affordable, ruined surgeries, put hospitals on the brink of insolvency, over populated schools and left our infra-structure crumbling. The answer is NOT mass house building, it is MANAGING the size of our work-force to the work available, restoring full time jobs and fair pay for British workers, controlling immigration, stopping the £370 million GROSS weekly payment to Brussels, restoring our fisheries and our industries. They can find the money to raise the threshold for the top rate of tax, lowering corporation tax and yet 'have got to' slash the money the disabled receive. Just goes to show that this government is the party for the richest and the big business, on the backs of the most vulnerable in society.Who are you kidding Mr Osborne? Plus our country of shopkeepers is now practically non-existent, the big guys are swallowing the little guys, just come out and look at the average high street and you can see for yourself how many English shopkeepers there are, very few. So stop kidding us about EU and how the country is going to be better off IN! I can't believe he used to budget to voice his opinion on Brexit Key points of Budget : At-a-glance - Page 4 739492727

That IDS can be, 'proud' of his self serving, vicious cuts to the most vulnerable people in society, illustrates the complete moral corruption of both him and his masters; the Cameron/Osborne clique that rule over us. That they are now reducing the points system in the personal care component of their new PIP (which replaces Disability Living Allowance) is nothing short of an act of political savagery. This will result in even the most disabled receiving far less on the new PIP scheme than they received under the previous DLA (£50 or more a week will be taken from them). Meanwhile the banking fraternity merrily carry on breaking just about every financial rule in the book, making vast personal bonus profits while looting our economies in the process, and all with full government and central bank backing. Mega corporations pay farcical income tax and Osborne looks the other way (losing this country endless billions in un paid revenue every year). That the likes of the filthy rich Zach Goldsmith, who like Osborne and Cameron has never got his hands dirty in his life (Daddy Goldsmith leaving brat Zach with a trust fund that provides him will an income of well over £1million a year), can support these savage cuts to the most vulnerable people in our society, is testament to the great Tory dream, that the masses are driven back into a feudal system. There is no real democracy left, but rather a massive bureaucratic machine full of spin doctors. A strong opposition would be all over these savage disability cuts. They aren't because if they ever get back into power they won't reverse these cuts, and will simply be glad the Tories did the dirty work for them. The already rich gained by the 2008 financial crisis and they will continue to gain by it as not only the disabled, but even the young and physically fit become trapped by an ever increasing wealth disparity. We now live in an age where government, banking and big business are all completely aligned for their own overwhelming personal interests of wealth and power. We the people are no more than cattle in their eyes. As to the false claim that more is handed out in disability payments under this government than the previous one, this is a lie also used by Osborne in his previous speeches announcing large welfare cuts to the unemployed. These two cold, nasty creeps are basing costs of current welfare on welfare and disability costs going back to 2003! Our population has expanded by millions since 2003, so of course there are more claims for housing and disability benefit. The former is bound to have grown due to the increasing lack of social housing and the growth of slum landlords charging huge rents which the poor can't pay for without applying for housing benefit. The latter has grown because of an ageing population. When you take in these factors, along with the continually growing population, the total over all amount spent on disability and welfare has of course grown over the past 12 years, but the fact remains the amount now paid to individual disabled people is being cut dramatically.
