Consider speed train Bucharest-Varna

The project for the railroad is actually part of the idea to draw a gear train Bucharest - Giurgiu - Ruse - Varna, reported the newspaper "

This would be good for flights to Bucharest then the train to Ruse or Varna either destinations is good for Silistra.

For us in the middle of BG (VT) there is absolutely nothing. VT is the second largest city here, 20% of Brits living here are in the VT region and the distance to Varna/Bourgas and Sofia is more or less the same. There is an airport in Gorna and it is only used for freight, but we hear that it has security xrays and turnstiles for passengers there, just waiting for an airline to adopt it. This has been hearsay for ages and would make life a lot easier for going back to the UK or anywhere else if an airline took it on.
