First topic message reminder :

It might sound funny but now is the time to plan ahead and get your winter logs, for 2 reasons.

1) They are a lot, lot cheaper at this time of year.

2) If stored in a dry place they  will dry out and give more heat when needed.

Flipping Nora guys God was certainly on our side last night.  Last night the kamina was very hot as I burned a little coal so thought leave the door open to let it cool as well as letting the heat circulate.  After a while the carbon monoxide alarm went off, there was no smoke or smell just the heat.  Frightening to think what could of happened if we did not have the CA alarm and went to bed.  Winter Logs  - Page 3 3998065313 Winter Logs  - Page 3 3998065313
