| In 1968 I was living in Taunton and was given a lady manikin. I made a wire frame and filled it with straw and made a summer frock out of pansies and placed a bonnet on her head. It was in the local paper, I got a copy of the photo but when we moved to Singapore it got lost.
Back in England in 1983 I made a hippopotamus out of chicken wire and covered that in different flowers and painted a notice calling it a Hippy potamus.
