Hi, house is in Dolni Boshnyak, 25km from Vidin. Will be needing work done in the spring and was wondering if anyone has had work done in this area and can recommend anyone ... or warn against anyone. Main concerns will be roof repair, already had one quote of 4200 lv to mend and installl guttering, they said the roof was in a fair condition. Other will be damp, half house is buried and serious damp on buried side.

Hi, yes materials. This is the info but via google translate as Latinka was communicating in bg:

The wooden structure of the roof is in good condition and has life in it.
Must be changed two or three martaka the top.
Slats that are placed too thin, they bend and led to the displacement of tiles and techove. One of the most important things is to be replaced with new shingles to the roof to keep straight and not allow leaks.
On ulumata set too narrow sheet from there was ongoing and it is led to the decay of one of the consoles to be replaced, and sheet metal itself.
Chimneys seem in good condition, but if done repairs will be replacement sheets around them.
So far we have not seen broken tiles, if any, or rotted out under work will be replaced.
In case the weather does not allow working with plaster, shutters will be arranged so as not to run, and in the spring or when weather permits will be sealed.
Rakes and cladding due to lack of gutters on the one hand and for After too short a tile (which causes the water to flow directly on them) have rotted and are for complete replacement (and more gutters snap onto the fascia board).

The price is as follows:
1. Materials for roof (beamlets, shingles. Frontal boards, cladding, steel, lime, cement, nails)

1200 Levs

2. Gutters (gutters, pipes, outlets, angles, clamps, splices, couplers, plugs, screws)

850 Levs
3. Work

1,850 Levs (1420-roof, gutters 430)
4. Transport and scaffolding

300 Levs (100 +200 lev lev transport
scaffolding)

* Total: 4200 * Levs

Not sure that helps much :Girl Nuke:
