If you're outside of Sofia or cannot collect your order Beers.Bg can arrange delivery via a local courier – we normally work with Speedy.Bg and Econt, but if a you specifically request another company, we'll normally be happy to use them.

Orders placed before 4 pm are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (we don't ship on Saturdays or Sundays). We'll contact you prior to shipping to arrange a suitable day, to inform you should an item be out of stock;
or if we foresee any delays with your shipment for any other reason.

Changes or cancellations to orders must be placed at least one day in advance of the receipt date. You should make these by email or telephone. Due to carrier policy, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on days which are recognised as public holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter etc). Believe us, we would if we could. Holidays? Beers.Bg Delivery Requirements

Our couriers require a signature for all deliveries and will not leave a package without one. When placing your order you must supply a daytime phone number to ensure that our couriers can make the delivery.
Beers.Bg Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the volumetric weight of packages and current carrier shipping rates. We do not add surcharges to carrier rates.

Sorry guys I missed your responses to this. Basically, What Oddy said [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] with the caveat that some outlying districts of Sofia city bounds (Pancharevo and the like) may be subject to surcharge. Check before ordering with BGMenu.
