30th edition of Golden Rose Film Festival starts in Varna

The Black Sea city of Varna is the venue, October 7-13, of the Festival for Bulgarian movies Golden Rose. This edition of the film fest marks the 50th anniversary of the event and the 20th anniversary of the National Film Center. The contest programme includes 12 productions half of which created with state subsidies. The short film contest comprises 18 titles.
