I resently read a psychology journal that claimed that if you clear your mind then close your eyes you'll see what is most important to you.
I gave it a try and saw my dog. (probably because he chose that momment to jump on my foot) and my husband saw lager. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Just wondered if anyone else thinks it works. Give it a try and let me know what happens.

:Very funny 2:Actually I have tried that in reverse. I mean when I can't get to sleep I close my eyes and then clear my mind. It helps. I will try your way and see what happens!
