PostSubject: A little help with some of the Fish/Products in Bulgaria   Thu Nov 19, 2009 8:09 pm

Hiya Folks I have been digging out some of the stuff I had a while ago to help me identify some of the fish product in Bulgaria and though it may help some others, please note that the ingredients in these fish may vary between suppliers, and if you can add to this ideally with pics it would be very useful to others who like their Fish

I must admit to not been a big lover of fish to be honest, although I do love most shellfish (crab, lobster, gambas, etc.).

However, Jain loves the stuff!

Fortunately, we have a local restaurant that serves terrific food so if she's fancying a fish moment, we eat there.

3 large barbecued river trout is less than 10 leva which I thought was most reasonable.

(not that I tasted them, I was eating a huge plate of Hunters Style Liver!) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

3 Trout for 10 leva that's amazing I would be happy to pay a lot more than that in a good restaurant you don't know what your missing Chris I'll have to have a word with Jain and get you converted
