Hi,I am looking to buy an apartment in Sofia, or maybe a house just outside the city & need very little, if any work doing to it, any advice appreciated .

Whatever you do, if buying IN Sofia, buy only in the best areas such as Lyulin or Doctor's Garden, where prices are extremely unlikely to fall and may even buck the trend and rise.

There is a very nice area just outside from Sofia known as Bistritsa. One of our friend lives in this village and the village is very nice with beautiful houses. It is only arnd 10 mins away from Sofia.

Plenty of reasearch before you buy and that way you will have done all you can to be sure about where your going to buy good luck

Plenty around at the Moment Sarah and at good prices too so you could grab yourself a bargain but take your time there isn't any rush and the prices at the moment will stay as they are for a while! So slowly and carefully
