there are many oils in bulgaria, and i have tried them all. i rarely use my deep fat fryer, but when i do, the splashes of oil which you cannot avoid spilling on the edge of the fryer, when cooled sets like super glue, its almost impossible to clean the fryer, stuck fast and wont budge without brute force. its easier to buy another. im on my third fryer. never has this problem in the uk. what oil do you use cause its driving me mad.

If you can't get Peanut oil try Filippo Berio mild & light which is available in Bulgaria and won't gunk up like the others

Nets is right I switched to this oil and it does what he says its more expensive but better than replacing fryers every other week, and the bonus is there isn't any horrible taste associated with it I know its available in Bila but I'm sure you will get it anywhere
