McDonald's Bulgaria and Telerik are the best employers for 2010

Fast food chain McDonald's Bulgaria has once again been declared the best employer among large companies, where small and medium-sized companies this year topped the ranking software company Telerik.

This shows the results of the fifth national survey of consulting firm Hewitt Associates and its strategic partner for Bulgaria, Monday Insight. The ranking is based on the opinion of the employees and according to policies and practices for people management from the perspective of management.

According to the study of Hewitt and "
Monday"
the difference between the best employers and other companies was not paid, and the relationship of staff, management efficiency, fair and honest attitude and ability of management to keep your best employees.

Otherwise the whole of consulting companies report higher commitment among employees (57%) versus 2009 (53 percent) and observe that its level in 2010 was the highest measured since the beginning of the study. This year there is no any company that falls within the so-called. destructive zone where demotivated staff hinder the achievement of business results.

Raising the general level of employee commitment is an example that employers fail to find the right path and encourage the majority of employees to provide the most common objectives,"
the "
Monday"
and Hewitt.

However, they explain that better results this year due in part to the smaller number of companies participating in the study - 32 in 93 in 2009 Most companies refused to participate in the survey said they go or have gone through heavy restructuring and now is the time to ask for the opinion of the employees.

Respondents 6 thousand employees give the lowest estimate of pay as a factor in engagement. The highest rate of satisfaction, 5 per cent is in the evaluation of training and development, followed by the company's reputation and the benefits of 4%.

The study reported and 5% increase in the commitment of senior managers, which reaches 91%. They are willing to work long term for the company and are confident that inspire people around them to achieve greater results.

This year is shrinking "
gap"
between the views of managers and employees in the company. The index, which measures this fall by 6 per cent in 2010 to 22% in 28 per cent last year. "
