Bulgarian healthcare receives EUR 144 mln gratuitous help from EU
Bulgaria’s PM Boyko Borissov has announced that the Bulgarian healthcare will receive a total of 144 million Euro of gratuitous help given the current economic crisis. These are the first gratuitous funds that the country receives under EU programs. In the words of the PM, these funds will enable hospitals to have modern ambulances, better equipment for treating cancer patients, and will be able to carry out repair works.
