| Hi There If like me you don't speak Bulgarian but do enjoy cooking it can be difficult to find the translation for recipes.....I know this after going to the trouble of making my own pork pies to find I had mistakenly bought bicarbonate of soda instead of Gelatine..DOH Many times I stand in shops or supermarkets making educated (or mainly uneducated) guesses as to what I am buying. So to make life easier I have put together a 300 + item cooks translator in an excel doc that can be printed and carried with you for those shopping emergencies lol My friends think its the bees knees and I thought maybe there might be some of you who would also find it useful. So if you want a copy it can be downloaded from my website [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] on the information/contact page its not a protected doc so you can add your own things to it.........Be aware I have used translators to put this together so there might be odd errors but it certainly gives you an edge!....Dont miss the tabs at the bottom of the excel doc for Meats and vegetables cheers Tracy |

| :Good post:Nice to see someone making an effort . Sounds a bit stupid of me (being a man) but I can recognise a bit of chicken & pork what I have trouble with is the herbs and spices also Rice and Flour. Pudding rice does not taste nice with a curry |
