Hi folks.

Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to provide IT support in the UK to a small office with maybe 10 PC's?

Also can anyone tell me how much it would cost to employ someone in Bulgaria to provide IT helpdesk support to the UK remotely? I realise that India is usually the preferred country of choice for call centres but why not Bulgaria?
