Hi my name is Dean Waterfield and used to be a good freind of andrew shelley,
Infact he was best man at my first wedding. I lost contact with him about 5 or 6 years ago
And only after searhing for him on the internet did i realise what he was doing as in using my name
To con people out of money. I am and never have been involved in any of this mans buisness dealings. I have contacted the police in england but unfortunately were unable to help
As its out of there durastiction but if anyone has any information on where he maybe or even if he has left the country

Now operating in Sofia - he left Bourgas to do the same thing in Sofia - wonderful charismatic man, but he's a pure con artist. I do hope someone catches him soon, he's making so much money from this - he's laughing at everyone!

Is he still around

Last I heard was in 2009 when he said he was in Sofia, still in the "
recruitment game"
. I was taken for £15K in 2006. I went into business with him in Bourgas in Sept 2006 but left when I realised what a lying cheating person he was - he still owed me big time, so I kept in touch for a while, but decided to cut my loses and walk away. Best decision I ever made, walking away. However, it does bug me tremendously that he's still out there conning people and I guess he will never change.

Sounds to me like this person is here just to bad mouth Andrew Shelly, but I'm afraid if that's correct you have come to the wrong forum. If I am wrong then I'm very sorry.
