EC to release thoughts that camel milk in the European market
Camel, so notorious for their bad breath can be a source of unsuspected milk, which empty in the morning cereal or adding flavor to coffee to cappuccino. Camel milk comes from the UAE and are very close in composition to human breast milk.

People who are lactose intolerant can drink it without any problem, unlike cow's milk protein does not cause allergies and is rich in insulin,"

Like the taste and appearance of cow's milk, camel as it is closer in content to human milk, making it healthier.
Camel milk is rich in vitamin C, which, as Vanari says, explains why it is so important for the Bedouins - Arab nomadic tribes that do not take fruits and vegetables in the diet because of their lifestyle and drinking camel's milk from generations.
The European Commission recently approved a plan for verification of camel milk and will send a team of EU inspection of the two farms for production of camel milk - Al Ain Dyer producing "
Kamelayt, and the Union of manufacturers of camel milk and products that make"
Kamelishas. The two brands are most popular in the UAE and can be found in most grocery stores.
Vanari expected EU authorization for export, which if achieved, will provide opening doors to markets in the U.S., Canada, China and Hong Kong for the dairy industry of the UAE based on camel milk.
Milk, however, has its price. In the UAE it is worth 4 drachmas (dollar and nine cents) more than a liter of milk cows.

Cows produce more milk than our camels - about 50 liters per day, while camels make 10-15 liters"
says Vanari who has contact with the production of brand Kamelishas.

But they kept dairy cows for many years. We are trying to do good breeds camels for milk and milk, but it will take some time.
From Kamelishas daily produces about 5000 liters camel's milk, much less than daily consumption of milk in Europe. Currently dairy farms in the UAE can support only turnover in some health food stores.
If camel milk gets on the shelves of mass food stores, however, very soon unless ultraskapiya Dubai chocolate from camel milk packaging that is sold for 81 dollars, will also be yogurt, cheese, ice cream and cream made with milk of desert animals.
