Staying in Sandanski for 6 nights and Plovdiv for 6 nights.

Any one any suggestions of nice villages with property for sale?

Anyone want to to meet up for a drink or several?

What's the weather normally like at that time of year?

:Great:Fantastic Judybabe bet you can't wait for Sept Weather is still very hot in Sept we go every year for a month although this year it will only be 3 weeks due to work commitments. You will miss our Garden Party at the Silistra Orphanage shame maybe next year.

I hope you like Plovdiv from what I have heard it is a nice place, so enjoy. We will look forward to hearing all about your visit.

We live near Sandanski in a village.I like this part of Bulgaria,the weather here is nice and it's not far from Greece. Are you staying in Sandanski for the first 6 days, or the second 6 day? I'm going back to England until the 10th as it's my sons wedding thats why I was asking. We could have met.There are houses for sale in my village but all would need renovating.There are other villages close by with houses for sale it depends on what you are looking for, and how much you want to pay.When we were looking for property, I did think prices here were more expensive than other areas of Bulgaria.If at any time you need an interpreter I know of someone and she isn't expensive. The tourists here are mainly Greek people.There are English people here but they tend to be dotted about in different villages.If I can be of any help,it's not a problem.

We are in Sandanski for our 1st week leave on the 11th to go to Plovdiv. Isn't that just typical!

We are looking for a renovation property, as always we want as much as possible for as little as possible, but we will look at properties for up to 20k euros initially and see what is around.

How much does the interpreter charge per day?

So glad the weather will still be warm when we come to BG.
