god help us, they laid a deliberate trap to catch someone selling a gold fish to a 14 year old, so what, to give a pensioner a fine and a tag is beyond belief, what about the idiots who appear in court on their 85 charge of whatever to get a fine, beyond belief really, those that do the most damage and hurt get off lightly while those who are law abiding and make one mistake pay a high price. its a joke.
