Bulgaria is no longer among the 20 most expensive market in the industrial areas

C € 61.11 annual rental costs per square meter of industrial space in Sofia, Bulgaria ranks 31st place in this year's consultancy company Cushman & Wakefield of most expensive locations in the world.

Immediately before Bulgaria ranked Turkey and Greece in the 30th and 29th place respectively, with an annual rental costs per square foot industrial area in Istanbul are 62.79 euros, while in Athens - 66 euros. Neighboring Romania occupies 36th position as the most expensive rental market for industrial areas there is 57 euros in Bucharest.

Last in the ranking is in Jakarta Indonesia, where annual rental costs amounted to just over 32 euros / sq. m
