Anybody had any probs with this f:::::g bank,we have!!Cancelled our ATM cards due to somebody requesting a new card (not us) found out Santander had requested them and cancelled our old ones,seems they won,t send the new cards to Bulgaria as it is a high risk country,but they are willing to send a card plus pin number to any family or friend address in Uk.Has anybody else had this problem? Oh Loups that is just dreadful I am real sorry to hear that. Have you see this link might be useful - not read it I only skimmed though, but saw a section of changing address etc to overseas

Thanks Bernie ,been there done that,complained ,moaned written emails and phoned which cost us an arm and a leg cos it was premium number!! Short of coming back and giving somebody a bucket load!! they are as about as much use as a chocolate firegard!! The laugh is they send our statements here with all our details and a nice big santander logo on the enverlope!! makes sense eh?

What you mean is this is Dull Dull Dull know what you mean, don,t know why i started it really.(lol)

On a positive note I've been with Santander (Abbey National) for about 35 years and to be honest never had a problem with them, but if you were to ask me about Lloyds tsb well that would be a different story so I guess some we win and some we lose

Come on then bring it on!!lol

We have had our mortgage with the Abbey National for 40 years even though it has finished. As a Building Society they were the best. As soon as they became a so called Bank they just went down hill. Co***d up our ISA's tried selling us bad Financial Bonds bad advice in general. As far as we are concerned we took all our accounts away from them and voted with our feet.

Suggest you do the same

Well what can i say Santander is not a solid bank,they just buy out smaller holdingd and building societies,just to make money steer clear not a good investment
